The most commonly noticed symptoms are frequent urination, excessive thirst, and weight loss. These are not the only symptoms, and other less common symptoms of diabetes might be, unexplained fatigue, blurred vision, dry mouth, male impotence, female yeast infections, and otherwise unspecified aches and pains. Some people have lots of telltale symptoms, others may have only some. If you exhibit any of the symptoms, the best course of action is to visit a qualified doctor to obtain a proper diagnosis.

If you are deemed a diabetic, it will be explained to you how best you can manage your condition. Testing your blood sugar may be uncomfortable at first, but the more often you do it the easier it will become.
