So, you’ve decided that you’re going on the Atkins Low Carb Diet. It’s probably not your first diet and until you try this, you can’t be sure that it will be your last dieting attempt. Every diet you’ve attempted so far has let you down and you’re on the brink of giving up dieting altogether. Of course, this has been the case many a time before and yet you’ve still kept going on diet after diet without too much remorse. Now however you live in the hope that with the Atkins low carb diet recipes that you have tucked firmly in your purse, that you’ll be able to beat your track record of yo-yo dieting.

You go home full of excitement and plans to buy that little black dress you’ve been looking at now for a few weeks.
